Dan did a great job! My parents had multiple component failures on their water system so I called Altrol on a Sunday and Dan was there within the hour. The extra callout fee for the weekend was reasonable and Dan was able to get all the parts replaced in a few hours. I would recommend Altrol 100% for any plumbing work you need done!
Richard and Jeff were great! Had a heat pump install and the result is so professional looking! They were extremely prompt, courteous and cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend!
Nate was professional and friendly. Quick and thorough work. Tried to get the best prices he could for HRV and Boiler servicing/tuning. There might be cheaper companies in the area, but Altrol has been reliable for me for years!
The response time was good. I was told $450 plus labor for a daytime-weekend response. Then charged $900 additional for less than 1 hour of work. The replacement part was a $30 sleeve in the valve. 2 stars for response time and completing the job. No more stars due to the ridiculouss price. Will not call Altrol again.
My whole home sewage line was backed up. I called them Thursday night and they arrived Friday morning. It was pricey but it needed to be done. Service was fast and professional.
