Exavier was our tech for another electrical need today and did an awesome job. It’s so obvious that he wants to ensure customer satisfaction with the electrical work he provides. I will definitely be calling GreenBox for any future electrical needs I may have and will also request Exavier Salazar and Ted Kiser (who came out the first time a few days ago). I appreciate professionals who are easy to work with and want to ensure the customer is pleased with their work. Side Note: I had never heard of GreenBox until Matthew with Kentucky Barns gave me Ted’s name to get electricity connected to our new Kentucky Barns buildings. Ted was the one who wired both of our buildings. I’m so glad I followed up with Ted and waited for our harsh winter to be over so he and Exavier could do what we needed.

We had a great experience with GreenBox Home Services! In the middle of a brutal heat wave, our AC system stopped working properly and we were scrambling. While we couldn’t get someone out immediately, GreenBox scheduled us for the very next day—which was a huge relief. Matt came out and did a fantastic job. He quickly assessed the issue, explained that the system just needed to be flushed out, and answered all of our questions with confidence and clarity. The communication was smooth from start to finish, and since the service, the unit has been working perfectly. We’re so thankful for the prompt, reliable service and will absolutely be using GreenBox again in the future!

Our AC quit working, this afternoon, and Green Box came out the same day to fix it! Matt was very professional, got the repair done quickly, and cleaned everything up. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

Everyone who we interacted with at GreenBox throughout our process of getting our AC repaired was professional, courteous, and exceptional. From Lori in the office, to Jacob as our technician, to Axel who brought us a window AC unit to our house, we were extremely satisfied with GreenBox’s approach to the factors within their control. During our annual Green Box plumbing inspection it was brought to our attention that our tankless water heater needed to to flushed yearly for a better water flow and efficient use of the heater so we set up an appointment ( called and actually was able to have it done the next day, had a window between 12-5 and he showed up around 2, 15 minutes after he called to let us know he was on his way ) and had it done, the nice thing is the gentleman who performed the inspection came back to do the flush ( Nic Quillen ), he was informative and explained everything he did and why, he was friendly and respectful
