Godwin was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with the service! Rachel was able to answer all of my questions, give me a reasonable quote, and get an appointment set up to align with our countertop installation. She was thorough in explaining how the work is charged, which was very helpful to know! John and Cam arrived promptly and got to work plumbing the kitchen sink, finishing the dishwasher installation, and removing a leaking ice maker line. They were knowledgeable and professional, and I've never seen plumbing look so good! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will be using Godwin for our future plumbing, heating, and cooling needs!

Following the relocation of our gas meter, a leak was detected at the connection to our dryer in the basement. The gas line was aluminum which is no longer approved so needed to be replaced. John and Cam did a great job of quickly proposing a stainless steel solution and took care of everything in a single visit. We’ve always been happy with the service and quality from Godwin.

I just had an amazing experience with a Godwin Plumber named Micah. What an awesome young man! He was knowledgeable, he rectified the problem, and was super personable. It was a great way to start the day. I am definitely adding him as one of my favorite Godwin plumbers along with Caleb who is also AMAZING!! They are both for sure an asset to Godwin!!

This was my first time using Godwin after my previous go-to plumbing company was acquired by a large equity firm (and things changed a lot). Now I completely understand all the great reviews about Godwin! Allen was incredibly professional and did a high-quality job, as did Ryan and Gene. The entire experience was smooth, and their workmanship was top-notch. Godwin is now my new go-to for plumbing services!

Had an overwhelming project and ZERO knowledge. Walked in with a cracked, rusty pipe, and Ken (or Kenny Pumpkins, which I hope all of his colleagues will be calling him) had the patience of a saint talking me and my son (who was part of the project to learn that you can do things, even if you don't know how). He listened to what we needed, got us part after part throughout the process (while we waited lazily and happily at the help counter) and talked us through how to do the project at the most effective cost. When I tell you it could've been frustrating, I'm serious, but Ken ( and the 4 other people who came to make sure we were being helped) made sure we had a great, calm experience, and sent us on our way with everything we needed. When we got home, we were able to complete the project in 30 minutes. This project vexed us for 2 days, and we had made no headway. After going to Godwin, I had something my son and I were proud of, and that was BETTER functioning than the prior set up, in 30 minutes. I'm going to Godwin EVERY TIME. Also, for the record, we had some plumbing work done 2 months ago, and the plumber told us 4 different times, "just take the part to Godwin, and they'll take care of you." This was regarding not the project they were working on, but other questions we had about things we would fix ourselves. That's pretty high praise, honestly, to be recommended by a plumber who will lose business because of how awesome Godwin is. Thank you Ken and team!
