Prompt response to emergencies
My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Adam and his team. We’ve had him out three times within the last year (burst pipe, flooded water heater, a broken valve on our shower, a broken valve under our kitchen sink, & garbage disposal installation,) When our situations were emergency, he was out right away. His work and his prices were great. He was kind and respectful to us and our kids. Highly recommend.
I was greatly impressed with the plumber. They were on time and corrected many of the issues I had in the house. A new washer/dryer installed by Home Depot which turned out to be a disaster. The plumber had to turn on the cold water valve (previous home owner had the handle for the valve, but the screw was missing). Tried out the washer and cold water was leaking - because the guys from Home Depot didn't tighten up the hose connections. Had to call the plumber back. He checked ALL the hose connections and tightened up each one. I couldn't ask for better service. Very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend.
Adam was very professional. I had a plumbing emergency and he fixed my issue swiftly. I couldn't recommend a better person. I've worked in construction for 20 years and have never seen professionalism like this. Thank you! I highly recommend him if you need any work done.
The fact that all of the other reviews are so glowing, makes this even harder. But, I have to say this plumber completely treated me with disrespect. i'll give them 1 start for showing up on time the day we scheduled. To take a look at my situation. I own an old home and the galvanized supply line from the street needs replacing back to the house. He stated several times that they weren't sure how much they would have to get under the house (low crawl space) and so it might not be 'cheap.' Okay, I said i'm not trying to spend $ but I do have $ and i need it repaired. my water bill has been going up tremendously lately. He looked me in the face and told me he would call me later with a quote. Never got back to me, left message at office and they never got back to me. Called him several times and voice mail full. Now, if you don't want my work - that's fine - i know there are simpler jobs out there. But, please have the decency to let me know that or get back to me. There is another personal reason I think this might have happened but I'll be the bigger person here and leave that one alone. Basic business ethics should not be shirked just because you don't want to work on a customer's job. For whatever reason.
The jobs were to hook up the ice maker to the fridge and hook up gas to the stove. I provided the ice hardware and both installations were inside and just needed routing behind the cabinets. He didn't trim the waterline so we have a bunch of coiled line in the way. The gas hardware was his and it too was in excess under the cabinets. He h9ked up the line coming up behind the fridge and ran it through holes he drilled in the rear of the cabinet. Ok so far. He hooked up the stove and left with $289.00 for the service. The stove connection to his line leaked. He came back and checked with a water bottle and said it was the stove leaking. I called the stove guy and he showed me it was leaking at the plumber's connection. I took the fitting off after cutting the gas off and filed smooth the end of the flex line. Now it didn't leak. He is s flex line was so rough it caused the fitting to leak. Bad profession as lizm all around.
