Anthony C. Came out to assess the problem for us. We were having drain backups in the basement. He had the equipment on the truck to snake our sewer main. Got the drain unblocked And free of debris. What a great experience! We had an estimate from another company that was ridiculous so we decided to call Frost & Kretsch. Drew came out and not only did he not try to sell us a new $900 toilet like the other company but he got to the root of the problem and fixed it along with some other issues we were having. We were very impressed by Drew, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Prices were VERY reasonable. We will call this company again when the need arises.
