Ryan over at Fix it Frankie was extremely helpful in the process of diagnosing an issue with our A/C unit in our home, and offering multiple options on whether or not we should try to fix the unit or replace it. The compressor was not working properly and our unit is a 20-30 year old unit that was on its last leg. Ryan was professional, courteous, and attentive to what I wanted for a unit in our home. With the information I was provided from Ryan, My wife and I knew we would be in exceptional hands working with them on a new unit install for our home. Ryan came by the next day (it was 5:30pm by the time he was done with diagnosis) and installed two portable AC units to temporarily cool the house while they wait to get a crew and the unit ready for install at the earliest he could get us in. These gentleman went WAY above and beyond to make sure my wife, my newborn baby, and I were comfortable and taken care of on a new unit. 10/10 would recommend doing business with these guys!

Our AC was not working properly, and temperatures were reaching 100 degrees outside. Service tech came out within an hour. He was able to get our system back up and running correctly the same day. Customer service is absolutely the best! Never overcharged and trust their opinions and suggestions!
