Finken Water Treatment, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

We've trusted this company for the 7+ years we've lived in our home. However, we had the water tested today and our reverse osmosis water is testing 5 times over the standard limit of 50, which was actually WORSE than our well water. Turns out while they come out and change the filters, they never changed the membrane, rendering the RO system useless. They don't know why we "fell through the cracks", despite us paying them for 7 years to maintain the system for us. Switching immediately to a reputable and dependable company. Beyond disappointed. I would avoid this company at all costs. Update - yes, they did offer other solutions, but at that point I have no trust in them. Not sure what they meant about equipment not from Finken - that was who installed it. Maybe that was why they left the RO system on the side of the driveway and left it there when they left? And yes they did refund a year of our payments but I would have really preferred that they provided my family with the clean and safe drinking water they promised.

We have lived in our home for 25 years with horrible well water and haven't been able to find a system that could tackle our hard water. I am absolutely thrilled that I decided to try Finken!!!! Brad came out and he was shocked how hard our water was! He was very confident that Finken could fix our water problems. I can't believe how awesome our water is now!!! Thank you! Thank you! Time was not an issue, his exam was very comprehensive and his commitment to help beyond expectation

Finken came out to replace my well pump and pressure tank, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mike did a fantastic job, providing thorough and professional service. He took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly, and now my water is running better than ever. The team at Finken was prompt, courteous, and clearly experienced. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality water services!

Sam was great to work with and was very helpful in providing us with numerous options so we could choose one that best suited our needs. He was punctual, install was done in a timely manner, and he made sure to explain our new water softener system to us and answer any questions we had.
