Had a weekend emergency, crawlspace was flooding and water pooling on our main level. We had a gentleman out within an hour of calling. Ended up needing to fix a line in the wall, found the broken line with the first cut into the wall and repaired quick! So thankful for El Jay!

Called to get some help to get help with dishwasher and turning off water because water was leaking everywhere. The guy who called was rude and said he wouldn't send anyone out on the weekend. As I'm on the phone telling him water was flooding everywhere. Luckily we found it where to turn off water. Told him never mind. Didn't even try to understand what I was trying to say.

If I could leave a million stars I would. Our two year old water heater went out and the company that installed it said it was out of warranty. I called El-Jay to install a new one and Brandon went above and beyond, checking on the warranty and surprised us by saying it was still covered. He saved us thousands of dollars and they were so quick, kind, and clean. Will definitely keep working them in the future.

Needed a new water heater. Company was clear and up front with pricing and details. They were open and respectful with their opinions and recommendations. Taylor was very respectful and tolerant with me watching while he worked. He was fantastic while in my house. Taylor obviously knows his craft and showed meticulous attention detail, especially in reconnecting the gas line. I feel confident I made a good choice doing business with El-Jay.
