Polite, efficient and hard working. From our first appointment (thank you Issac) to the final walk through inspection afterwards (Thank you, Jacques) we were treated as human beings instead of simply potential customers. We were given all information up front and there were no surprises at any stage. It's exactly the kind of service everyone hopes for. Thankfully the days of sweltering heat are through. The 3 service representatives that changed our or furnace and central air did so respectfully and the work looks incredible. Special thanks to Melissa in their office for her help as well. 10/10

We’ve had several experiences with Augusta Plumbing and Heating over the last three years. This last experience though we would like to reach out to several employees with our appreciation for “doing the right thing, standing by your word and treating us and the situation with respect and kindness.” Joe - Thank you for your kindness, knowledge and determination in trying to fix our unfortunate air conditioner situation. Joe was here all day to diagnose the issue and we believe went down every avenue he could to try to fix it. Joe was also here a couple months ago and helped with our tankless water heater. He’s very knowledgeable in many areas. Eric - Thank you for understanding our situation, frustration and listening to us and ultimately coming to a resolution that wasn’t necessarily beneficial for Augusta. Augusta stood by their word, showed integrity and we would highly recommend. Jacques and Rob - These guys were great installing our new air conditioner and 3 mini splits. Patient, respectful, helped to make sure we knew how to run the new system and even helped set up the Wi-fi remotes. Their knowledge was valuable and very helpful. Additionally, put up with my husband following them around for two days with all his questions. 😊 All and all it took a real team that worked together and we appreciate you all. I had a walk in shower installed. I was told when it was done I’d have some mud work to do around the edges, not sure of there measurements but apparently I need to install Sheetrock as well. Also they shimmed the outside wall with a 2x4 and some shims so now I have to add studs and build a wall so it’s flush with the shower wall. They left screws and washers in my driveway and left a bottle of water in my bathroom. I called to discuss this and it seemed like they wanted to work with me however I’ve never heard from them again. Beware of what they say and do.

Called because my system was making some odd noises, Isaac arrived about 15 minutes after I called the main office, then resolved the issue in under 5, then cleaned the AC unit. I was already blown away at how quick the response & service was, but then he told me the total would be $25/Mo and they'd also come out every fall/summer and maintenance & clean the Furnace + AC. Unbelievably happy with Augusta, now I'll have regular maintenance & know my home's air is running well - all for the same cost as a monthly streaming service! Well worth the price and was much cheaper than I had originally anticipated when making the call. 10/10, all the stars, well done. Thank you Augusta & Isaac!!!

Brett and Dave were honest, genuine and happy/friendly gentlemen. They worked quickly and walked me through each step that they were taking, making sure I understood the process, results and most importantly, the cost. I will be requesting them any time we need service in the future and I highly recommend to anyone else as well. Kirsten, the phone operator, was also extremely friendly and helpful and got us on the calendar within 45 minutes of calling. Very much appreciate the tremendous service all around!
