EZ-Flow Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

I called with an emergency sink back up and the office set my appointment up for the same day. They had to move the appointment which was no big deal except I’d have to take off work the next day. I confirmed my address but they didn’t adjust it in their system and the tech was late and couldn’t find our house. No biggie-these things happen. I was also told them have techs in Baldwin County which I believe was a mistruth. Regardless, the tech was very nice and seemed to handle the issue. Two weeks later, I have a massive mold bloom in the area where he was working. I called on a Saturday and was assured the owner would be in touch. I also received a call from a mitigation company that offered to come look at the issue on the following Monday but I’d be responsible for the bill. Fast forward the week and I’ve received no call, no correspondence, radio silence. Keep in mind I’d spoken to the on call lead tech, sent a message through Facebook, and sent an email with pictures. I called on Friday to follow up and spoke with the Office Manager (Carrie) who was full of excuses and hardly seemed to care. I got an email back from her with a picture that showed the leak was there when they did the service, effectively covering their butts but also telling me exactly how much they value their work product and clients. All the tech had to do was say “hey you might have a leak here” and I could have handled it then. Surely he saw the issue when he pulled my dryer to access the clean out, and I know that because there’s a picture. Was that his responsibility? I mean, maybe not. But any decent service company would say something if they saw an issue like that. If you’re looking for communication and care, call someone else. Deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled by the office manager. Had they done the right thing and brought this to my attention or even acted with a bit of empathy, this review would be very different.

The work they did seemed top notch. However, I’d be remiss if I failed to mention despite being very pleased with the work done, the invoice for the bill total was just under 400$ and the work was completed in under an hour. Obviously the amount I was charged was very high in my opinion.

I own a small plumbing company and was working a late night drain call. Unfortunately my equipment wasn't enough to get the drain flowing at its full potential. I called EZ-Flow and they came to the rescue with their high pressure jetter. Cam and Bryant where very responsive extremely professional and kept me informed of their ETA. Thank you EZ-Flow for bringing out the big guns and saving the day.

We had a quote but when the tech showed up, the person who quoted it was no longer employed and the current tech didn't understand the quote. They charge $255 an hour which is way too much. The tech did not clean up after himself and left all the cut out pipe etc. under the house. I was told it cost so much due to all the material needed. First of all, the job didn't require that much material. If I had bought it myself, the material would have less than $100. Secondly, the piping that was installed appeared to be scrap. It was dirty and old looking. When I requested a detailed bill including showing the material I paid for, I was told they couldn't show me that.

I would give a zero if i could. If you have a real simple job they may be able to do it, if its something complicated find someone else. I had a toilet problem and they videoed and told me what they were sure the problem was so i paid them $3500 to bust a hole in the floor and fix it. It took the guy 2 1/2 hours and he was supposedly finished but it turned out he had made the problem worse and if he had taken time to look at what he was doing he would have known it. When i told them they had made the problem worse they came back videoed again and said they needed to do more and it would cost another $1665 to fix. I got a real plumber to fix it and he could not believe the half ass work they had done. it only cost me $950 and it was fixed correctly and works great. In my opinion these guys don't care about what they do and they will NOT stand behind their work at all. DONT'T USE THEM
