Outstanding service! Received confirmation of everything via email, including a reminder the morning of our service appointment that contained a photo of the technician that would be doing the work and a link to track him so we'd know when he would arrive. Bradley was nice and courteous and took the time to explain any issues, concerns, or parts that would need to be replaced. He seemed to really know what he was doing. I also love that he took the time to put on boot covers every time he entered the house and removed them when exiting to keep from tracking in any dirt.
Excellent job. Explained everything in detail. Shawn was very helpful and is a very good employee of Batchelor's. Not only him but last night I called when it quit working and was contacted by Don. He also was very nice and answered all my questions even though I decided not to have him come out last evening. Thanks
So far, so good. He diagnosed rhe issue quickly and seems to have fixed it and explained everything professionally. He provided good photos of his work. I am very satisfied. He also recommended a new capacitor and I agreed, so that is also taken care of for a while,
