What a blessing! We had a major plumbing issue and it was causing a BIG mess in our bathroom. Durbin arrived at just the right time and fixed the issue in less than an hour- and at a great price. Friendly, courteous plumbers. I could tell they had a lot of experience as they predicted exactly what the issue was and then promptly fixed it. I will be recommending Durbin to my friends and neighbors.

I don’t feel comfortable when this company enters my home. Owners have terribly inappropriate interactions with customers. Overpricing occurs. Difficult repairs are refused by owners, if they don’t like customers.

Doug, Tina, and Josh were awesome to work with. I needed a new water heater, and they went above and beyond to file on my behalf. They even saved me money as they knew it was covered under warranty, drove a great distance to pick up and deliver the replacement water heater and ensure that everything was fixed, replaced and cleaned up after! I can't recommend them enough. And for those asking, I do have a home warranty and they went the extra mile there too to keep me and the home warranty company informed of the water heater's warranty status.
