First time using a plumber and David exceeded my expectations. He was very thorough and walked me through each step which I appreciated. Very nice experience and will be using Drain Doctor for regular clean outs. Look at all of the roots David got out!

It was only a matter of time before my house’s plumbing suffered the dreaded Sunday clog…. I returned from a long weekend of military duty to a home with no plumbing. Short on time, I needed a professional asap. I called around and quite frankly everyone was rude and way more pricy than Drain Doctor. David, answered and instead of getting to enjoy his Sunday evening, he would be helping out a single dad in a crisis. David, the true hero🙏🏼. He got right to work, and was in and out in less than an hour. He was extremely nice and we had a good talk about the trades since I’m starting as an electrical apprentice. Sure enough he pulled that bad Johnny out of my main line. Water continued to flow again. You don’t appreciate running water till it’s gone haha. He packed up all his tools and came back with a reasonable price considering it was after hours on a Sunday. The best part is he offered me a huge military discount, which meant a lot to a struggling dad. When my bathtub drain began to move slowly I scheduled an appointment on the webpage of my usual plumbing service, and then asked for the afternoon off at my job to accommodate. After I left for the for the day, I got a phone call from one of their representatives who told me she was cancelling the appointment because "we don't do drains." "Since when?" I responded. When I tried another service, asking for a weekend appointment so I wouldn't miss any more work, I was assured of a Saturday appointment, only to receive a call late Saturday morning saying they wouldn't come until Monday. Then I found Drain Doctor online, and two hours later the problem was solved. David was kind, courteous and efficient, and yes, I WILL call Drain Doctor first next time.

David was fantastic! He worked nonstop on resolving our plumbing issue on a Friday. David was diligent on keeping me updated on his progress and what his next steps would be.
