Mark was very professional and took the time to explain what he was about to do. My main drain which is inside my laundry room needed to be unclogged, and he came in, took the necessary steps to protect my walls and appliances then cleaned the drain. He also tested to make sure all the connecting tub and sinks were draining properly, and cleaned up any messes before he left. What a pleasant experience to have someone show your home the same respect they would show their own! Good service and good value, I will definitely have no problem using his services again or recommending him to others.

I'm very impressed with the service I received from Drain Busters Indy - Sims Construction. My faucet wasn't working properly, and Mr. Sims came and assessed the issue and discovered 3 leaks that were occurring. He was gracious enough to fix the leaks, as well as, correct the work from previous handymen, and caulked the bathroom sink. Might I add, he even pulled my trash can from the street. I am a first time homeowner. When I dropped a cap down my bathroom sink pipe I thought it would be smart to take apart the pipes in order to get the cap out...I got the cap out but then I couldn't get the pipes back together. I called 3 other companies and every single one gave me a quote of $200 to $300. Then I found drain busters! He answered my call while driving home from work, once I explained the problem he asked me to send a couple of pictures. He then took the next 20 minuets of his personal time to walk me through step by step how to fix it myself. If someone would take the time and effort to help me for no charge at all I can't imagine how great his services must be when you do pay!!!! Thank you so much again! Mark is a Lifesaver! I called mister quick and they said they couldn't get my kitchen sink drain clear. They said they would need a specialist to come out with a camera and then give me more options and they wouldn't be able to do that for a couple days! I called Mark at Drain Busters and he was confident that he could get it clear and he did! He got to my house right away, did a very thorough job, worked very quickly, and all for a better price than the big retail plumbers. Not only did he do a great job on my plumbing, but when I was about to leave the house, my whole tire fell off from my ball joints breaking. Mark was still there and stayed with me calling tow trucks and sent me to a repair shop he knows about. He even drove me to the repair shop and to an auto parts store to get the parts.
