I recently moved into a unit that an inspection indicated I needed the water heater replaced. That became an immediate issue and luckily Donovan had already been contacted and came as appointed. It turned out my A/C unit above the water heater was leaking and it was causing rust and erosion on both units. The team member who came for the water heater contacted their boss immediately regarding the A/C issue and another team member came out immediately to address that. Meanwhile yet another technician was bringing my new water heater, so I had a whole crew there getting the job done!! They were very responsive and professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Donovan Air, Electric and Plumbing. I do not have pics of the A/C unit yet. Thank you all who saved the day! Old and new water heaters shown.

Bravo Donovan Air!!! From the estimate consult with Parker Mason on a Thursday to the easy installation process the following Monday. I had nothing but a wonderful experience. Every employee made me feel at ease and comfortable, answered all my questions, and respected my home. Making such a big purchase is scary and they took away any concerns I had. Donovan has been great. We had a failure with a heating element in the hot water heater they installed a little over a year ago. After reporting the issue with our water temperature, they sent Jared out ASAP, who assured us from the get-go they would take care of us given we purchased though them originally. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He fixed the temperature issue day one, and came back two days later to install an additional part to make sure we were in good shape for the long-run and they charged us nothing. The scheduling team was very helpful and timely as well. Highly recommended Donovan!

These guys are the best. They came and fixed the mess created by another plumbing company (rhymes with "robo-scooter") who created a nightmare that could actually have negative health impacts. The foreman was knowledgeable and dedicated and they did a fantastic job. Not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for, and they did the job correctly. I would have zero concern about recommending them...
