Great, fast and efficient service. Saw was our plumber and I cannot thank him enough for taking care of all the issues in such a timely manner. I booked this service on 7/7 late in the afternoon and the turnaround time was less than 24 hours. Roto Rooter provided us with a very knowledgeable and polite plumber, and we have nothing but great things to say about Saw! Thank you!

I can't say this strongly enough: stay away from them. They are abusive, overpriced, unfair, and their overall service — including customer service — is terrible. There are plenty of other reliable companies out there. Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for this one. They serviced my house yesterday. I was quoted $630, but I was charged $1,630. The technician was not clear about the pricing, and I never received an email showing the final cost before the service. He spent about 30 minutes at my house unclogging a 30-foot pipe and then charged me $1,630. I called the office and even sent them a video from my Ring doorbell camera. It clearly shows that I was under the impression I would be charged $630 — I repeated that amount twice, and the technician never corrected me. Above all, charging $1,630 to unclog a 30-foot pipe, simply by opening the cover and removing debris from the end, is extremely abusive. I will make sure that any friend or relative will never use this company ever. I am extremely upset and disappointed here. I hope the enjoy the money.

Andrew was hands down the best technician I have ever worked with. He was at my house in less than an hour for a serious emergency. Being on short notice he worked with me and my wife to resolve a deep clog that was causing water damage to my ceiling. Because of his knowledge and expertise he probably saved us thousands of dollars in damage. I can’t recommend his services enough.

I called Roto-Rooter at 3:41pm on a Tuesday due to a clog in the bathroom. To my surprise, they sent someone to my house right way. Frank was my technician. He was very knowledgable, kind and courteous. He explained in detail what he was going to do and even gave me the worse scenario. He was upfront about the job with no BS. His work was very professional with no mess left behind. As a customer, I could tell Frank loved his job and employees like that are hard to find nowadays.
