Couldn’t asked for a better service, starting from the salesman to the installers! Fernando got me a brand new Lennox for a smoking deal and made sure I got the correct size unit for my house without trying to oversell me anything, just exactly what I needed. Anthony and Carly came the very next day to install the new unit at 9-10am and stayed past their clock out time making sure everything was working properly and teaching me all about the unit and how to operate the new thermostat.

Anthony and Jean were great. The new AC installation was fast, high quality work, and they were very clean and respectful. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint and I can be very nit picky. Would recommend.

James was amazing. He showed up on time. Did a great job with our plumbing project in the laundry room and had a great attitude. Very pleasant guy. The work he did was perfect. And he works with his time accurately. We did not have to stay home the whole day waiting for him to get the job done. Great work james. We really appreciated

Updated review: this time for plumbing services as I detected a leak from sink in power room…Yuri after an extensive inspection found the leak was from the facet and not pipes. He also installed new shower heads I purchased and both were done professionally with no leaks. Very satisfied with his services. I requested a quote today from Paradise for a new A/C unit and had a great experience with tech Raymond. He was professional, courteous and provided an honest opinion of the units that would meet my needs. Definitely on the top of my list to consider! So I selected Paradise based on their competitive pricing after reviewing two other vendors and and the installation went without a hitch…Chris and Jeff, nice guys, were in sync with one another and they completed the installation in less than 5 hours. No mess for me to clean up either! Also this company had the best customer service support team as well!

Yuri was a very good technician. The service was quick and very efficient. Everyone at paradise plumbing were courteous. I'm giving them a five star review. The price was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but I was willing to go through with the repair. Because of the fact that they didn't have a service call fee and they service my area.
