Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Lindstrom is our go to company for HVAC servicing and sales. We have purchased our deluxe air conditioning unit from them without haggling or extreme sales tactics (like some other companies). They were fair in price and outstanding in customer service. We also have our two air conditioning units serviced biannually. All of their techs are experts and friendly.

The service I received from the Lindstrom technician was spectacular. He explained everything he did step by step and made recommendations for future service. The technician was very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend him and the company.

My AC was not working properly last evening. I had a home warranty service but when I called, they couldn’t give me an appointment time because the company they would assign me to was closed. I called Lindstrom because they have 24 hour service and I got a late morning appointment with a reasonable two-hour window of arrival. The next morning, I was called by my home warranty service with a FIVE-hour window! The technician from Lindstrom arrived and quickly diagnosed a clog in my system and spent the next three hours cleaning and fixing it. I could see that the technician was knowledgeable. He was also polite. I was very pleased with the service and purchased a package with a six-month follow-up visit. Thank you Lindstrom for servicing me so quickly during a Florida summer when AC is so important.
