Gabriel 4901 was great. He talked us through every part of the process. He was very polite. He was very professional. It's sad that all companies can't train their employees to be as good at their jobs as he was. I hope that if your service is ever needed in the future. That we receive the same great service. Also considering that it was late Saturday afternoon when I contacted them. The response time was amazing.

The technician Matthew was absolutely amazing! He took care of my issue explaining everything as he went along. I felt bad that I had no cash to give him a tip so gave him a bottled water instead 😁

Our technician was excellent. He explained how he was going to do the job and gave me the assurance that he was capable of fixing my issue. His knowledge of what he does, along with impeccable customer service is not easily matched these days. I will continue using this company as it’s apparent that quality is paramount in its operations. Well done!

We had a problem with backing up drains in my home and we called Roto-Rooter. It was after 6 o’clock, but there was no extra charge for them coming in the evening. They came within an hour and their man- Gabriel- got right to it and did what he had to do. He was very polite, very professional and was very careful to make sure the house stays clean and he worked very hard and fast. I certainly would recommend using them because they were efficient, fair priced, and got the job done all in good form.

Matt came out to fix a leaking pipe. He did an incredible job!!! Gave me a fair price and was up front about everything. He's work was done fast, but not rushed, very professional!
