Friendly, accommodating staff. No complaints about the quality of the work or the speed at which it was performed. Garbage disposal broke and I was in a bind needing to replace it ASAP and unfortunately I feel I was taken advantage of a bit on the price I paid for the work that was done. For that reason Ill be calling someone else next time.

I've used Doctor Drips multiple times for plumbing issues and they've always been fantastic to work with. They are true professionals: responsive, honest, affordable, and do great work! Most recently, Tom cleared a clogged drain at one of my rental properties, and was also kind enough to repair a leaky bathroom sink at no extra charge! I will absolutely continue to use Doctor Drips for my plumbing needs.

Always very easy to deal with. I was able to get service quickly for a routine cleaning of my tank less water heater. In the past, when I had a more complicated issue, they went above and beyond to fix it in a timely manner.
