Trevor was excellent! I’ve had previous disastrous experiences with a different plumbing company so I was nervous. Trevor was quick, efficient, fixed my leaking refrigerator line, and helped me explain to neighbors about the water shut off during the fix. Great experience all around!

Michael's knowledge of the A/C systems was quite obvious throughout the entire inspection and maintenance process. Michael and Dirk were very professional as they thoroughly and patiently checked the systems. After checking and cleaning the systems, Michael was very detailed as he explained and showed pictures of his work and findings. They really put my mind at ease concerning possible issues with our systems. We are completely satisfied with today's service.

Jay McKenna is a genius at what he does! We had a new toilet installed in the master bath the day before, we noticed small amounts of water leaking at the base. Jay removed the toilet, he had to replace the wax ring. He got the repair done, replaced the toilet, made sure there was no leaking. As a courtesy he checked the faucets, while in the kitchen he removed that drain spout that is suppose to be connected to dishwasher, except it wasn't. So now I can get a decorative cover plate to go over the hole. I highly recommend Jay, he was most helpful. Ask for him when u book a plumbing job with Dallas Heating and Air.

Jim is a very nice, friendly, and responsible guy. He spends a lot of time and explains things to me. I am very impressed when he takes a picture of the preventive care plan and forwards it to the scheduler to ensure all the services will be provided.

Called Dallas Plumbing because we had an AC problem. Turned out to be a very large project. Because of the size (and price) of the project, we ended up going with a family friend who owned an AC company and gave us a good deal. However, I wanted to take time and highlight these two guys from Dallas Plumbing. Jim Ford and Aaron Bryant both spent a considerable amount of time looking over the house and explaining my options for fixing the HVAC system. We had a lot of questions as installing the correct system properly was essential for my health. I can confidently say these two guys are first class gentlemen and extremely knowledgeable in this industry. Honestly, they did such a great job that I felt bad we went elsewhere and hence the reason I wanted to write this review. As we spoke with multiple different companies, I quickly realized there’s quite a discrepancy in the level of service offered across the industry. I won’t speak poorly about any one company, but I will say Dallas Plumbing (and especially Jim and Arron) were some of the nicest, honest, and most knowledgeable people I spoke to. Fixing your system is going to be a little pricey regardless of who you go to. If you’re going to invest in a good HVAC system I would recommend going with those that don’t cut corners and do the job properly. I firmly believe these guys fall in that category.
