Update: Two weeks later (May 2025)…. DaVinci’s Best Plumbing recently completed a significant job for us, marking our second experience with their services. (See review below for first completed job). Following their earlier recommendations, we decided to replace our aging steel sewer lines. The project, which involved extensive work, was managed with a high level of professionalism. Kenny and Aaron focused on the complex task of working in the constrained space of our crawlspace, while sub-contractors efficiently dug up the old sewer lines and installed the new ones. During the process, the crew identified an existing septic tank that had not been decommissioned, which needed to be addressed before they could move forward. Kenny quickly devised a budget-friendly plan for us to fill in the old septic tank first. Over the course of two days, the crew meticulously executed the job, ensuring that our sprinkler system remained undamaged. After successfully installing the new sewer line, they filled in the trench, leveled the yard, and left the area clean. Aside from some missing grass, there was little evidence that they had been working on site. Once again, we received excellent service from DaVinci’s Best Plumbing and their team. To my surprise, they were at our home and ready to tackle the problem by Monday. Kenny and his apprentice, Aaron, displayed true professionalism from the moment they arrived. Their extensive knowledge of plumbing was evident right away. Listening to them as they diagnosed the issues reassured us that we had made the right choice by hiring Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing. What started as a minor clog turned out to be a more significant problem, requiring us to clear our lines to the main sewer. However, we felt completely assured that they would do the job effectively. They even took the time to assist us with a few additional tasks while they were here. Throughout the process, they identified that the aging steel sewer lines were a significant factor, recommending a replacement for a long-term solution. Although we now know there's more work ahead, we trust Da Vinci’s Best to handle it professionally and correctly. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, then I would. Da Vinci's Best and Kenny saved me from my DIY attempts to fit a washer box/drain into a very tight space. Scheduled on short notice, arrived on time, and breezed through the not so straightforward install (even with me asking questions and causing distractions). Great attention to detail, very fair pricing, very knowledgable, and willing to talk me through all of the decisions he made. I plan to be a repeat customer for years.

Had an issue with my tub/shower diverter making a high pitched sound. Kenny came out to take a look and gave me a lot of great options to remedy the issue. He is very thorough and knowledgeable! What means the most to me was that he gave me an option that would be no cost to me right now and gave me the space to fix the larger issue down the road. I got in contact with Da Vinci's Best to address a leaking sink drain line in my crawlspace. They got back to me over the weekend and got me into the schedule the next business day which I really appreciated. My technician, Aaron D., was great to work with and communicated the status and options clearly throughout the process. He showed up promptly at the beginning of the arrival window was able to wrap up my job all in one day along with sharing his thoughts on another plumbing issue that we weren't addressing today. He also shared some things to keep an eye on with regard to the plumbing in our 1950s house. I was happy with my experience with Da Vinci's Best Plumbing.
