Dakota from Mitch Wright came to my house to service my mini split. When he received the notification that there was an issue it was a top priority to ensure the unit was in working order. He performed an assessment of the unit and informed me of the findings, options and costs before moving forward. After the repairs were performed, we reviewed the invoice and he insured I had a copy before he left. I appreciate the consultative approach to the repair and would recommend Dakota to anyone.

They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They showed me how the drain look before and after clean out with their advanced camera system. They were very professional and make me feel at ease. Their professionalism is second to none and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great work at a fair price.
