Great work from Close Comfort. . Carlos, Johnny and their team did a great job. Very knowledgeable guys. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. They got our job done within a few hours at a great price. They will be doing all of our work in the future. Adding to this review, on August 1, 2023. Our AC system shut down and we called Johnny and Carlos back to diagnose the problem. They came the next day, diagnosed the issue ordered a part that was needed and we had our system up and running. Carlos and Chris were extremely nice and professional. They answered all my questions. They were able to squeeze me in quickly when my 20+ year old water tank was badly leaking and they did it at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Horrible, service. Unprofessional staff. Do not recommend, please save yourself the trouble and money. Telling you from experience. They absolutely just waste your time. If I could give a zero star, they would absolutely deserve it.

The time had come to replace my 23 year old furnace and I chose Close Comfort to do the job. They had done some maintenance on my furnace in the past and I always had a good experience with them. Carlos and his team (Gary & Jerry) removed the old furnace and installed the new one in one day. They were all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After the new furnace was installed, they cleaned up their mess and Carlos ensured that the system was working properly before leaving. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services.
