I had the pleasure of speaking with a young man named Colby, who kindly gave me his business card. He happened to be at one of my neighbor’s homes, and he took a few moments to answer some questions I had about the AC issues I’ve been experiencing. He mentioned that I could reach out to their office if I had any further questions. Such a polite and helpful young man—it was truly appreciated.

I've been dealing with this company for 20 years and would never use another HVAC service. They are prompt, polite, professional and fair. I've had everything done from regular cleanings to duct work to full unit replacements and every interaction has been excellent. If 6-stars was an option, they'd have earned it!

Zach is an amazing young man and plumbing technician. He is thorough and highly skilled. Our problem was not easily solved but he did it and then took time to answer any questions. A very impressive young man!

Matt L. came out to check on my system that was cutting off. He sorted it out easy enough but more than that he was extremely friendly and could tell I was curious about the process. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated, and was impressed with how knowledgeable he was. Thanks Matt!

I called Climate Makers because I needed to get my water heater looked at. I had called them a year prior for a different plumbing issue and they were quick and easy to work with. Kevin came to inspect my water heater and used the opportunity to educate me on my current water heater and all of my options for replacement. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me on any products. He is clearly very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process. About a week later, once the new tankless water heater was ordered, Kevin came back to install it. He did a fantastic job and I have absolutely no complaints. He was kind and worked diligently to make sure everything was done well. I will definitely want him back in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home. My only complaint was that I didn't love the experiences I had dealing with some of the office staff, but this would not stop me from calling Climate Makers again in the future.
