Service was great from start to finish. ARS team were very professional and courteous. As of July 31st my unit has been acting up. I have several water spots on the ceiling in my master’s and living room. The water leaking from the vent in living room was approximately about. 2 gallons. I called the dispatcher reschedule my appointment on Thursday.Tech came out today on August 2nd and recommenced me to keep the AC off until the Quality Manager comes out to look at the damage. I am optimistic that damage will be fixed correctly. My review inclusive until I see results.

It has been very challenging getting someone to come out to help us with this unit. We will escalate our issue to corporate but I am extremely disappointed in the rudeness and semantics I am dealing with trying to get a unit I am leasing from them fixed. Btw… my unit is 1 year old this month… I’m not understanding why after a year we are needing to have this unit fixed, but I definitely would not refer anyone to this company. I attached pictures of my thermostats upstairs and downstairs for reference as to the issue. These thermostats were sat down to the lower temps the previous night. The fresh paint with the finger prints weren’t there because of us… it was left from the technician that came out that morning just for reference that they sent someone out and the problem didn’t get fixed. But because it was written up as fixed, they wouldn’t send anyone back out and then kept lying about having sent someone. Charleston, I thought we were better than this… thought we were so much better…

Avoid this business at all costs! 08/11/25 They did a good job marketing their business but less than satisfying job doing the work, and ABSOLUTELY NASTY job on costumer service!!!! They installed our ac unit back in 2023 summer, their sales person (who had left this company ) did a great job impressing us with the product and service. After a while our tenants told us the thermostat they installed had an issue. We called their customer service and upon checking they said it was a false wiring and they sent a repair bill to us. We argued that if it’s not our fault shouldn’t they cover the cost to have it fixed? Please be advised we did not claim not to pay it but just asking/arguing if this would be covered by them, and my wife called them three times to make sure that they are still following this issue. Today we received a letter from a debt collector!!! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS STUPID and unacceptable! We’ve been building our credits to refinance our loan and this is definitely NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! The person who pick up the phone will always be nice to you but could have nothing solved other than sending an email to the service department. They might have been good or reputable for years or even decades, but, before this issue is solved or you see anything changing, I would suggest all of you to avoid this company at all cost! What they have done to us reflects that this business is under poor management, and don’t care about their costumers at all but only want your money. Bring your business and hard earned money to other places to not be screwed.

We had both of our heat pumps fail the same day. ARS responded immediately with a technician. Since both units were old and needed costly repairs, I asked for a sales quote. Lilly came that same evening. She was professional and helpful. Because of the response and professional approach, we purchased two new units that were installed quickly.

I am not sure what is going on with this company, but I had to call them back twice for the same problem. IT IS 🔥. I keep telling them the same thing. They told me it is something I can easily fix by using a wet vacuum to suck the water out of the pan, because it clogs up. The system is two years old. Why should I have to continue to suck water from the pan. The young man came out today again for the same problem. I don't have confidence that they know what the problem is, or it is a problem that this new system should not lack in performance and they don't want to say so. Whatever the case I am not happy. They got 2 stars because they will come out, though the last three appointments were always past the window given. I will call them again in the morning for the same problem. The thermostat is set at 68, temperature is still 81 after 4 hours and his repair.
