I am so thrilled that we decided to wait and get a third opinion from Fix It 24/7!! We had two prior companies attempt our repair and both told us we would have to replace everything but we tried “one more time” and found the most amazing company and the most knowledgeable tech (Travis) we could have asked for. Also the support/leadership staff (Jared) was amazing and available after hours to help coordinate parts and knowledge base and it was amazing to see them work in concert like a well oiled machine. It is sad how so many service techs in this industry are turning into sales techs these days and rushing to replacement without putting in the necessary time to really diagnose a problem. Seems our disposable culture has often gotten the best of this industry but not these folks. They were Willing to really put in the time and effort to exhaust all possibilities and lo and behold they were able to find and repair the issue with only minimal hunting and we couldn’t be more thankful. Travis was such a wealth of information and took great strides to explain what he was finding as he went. He took the time to really teach me how the system worked and what was wrong with it. He had the attitude of us being on the same team, both striving for answers and because of his commitment to problem-solving and excellence, we saved thousands of dollars over a new unit and expect many nice cool years to come from our system. Matthew from Fix-It 24/7 was fantastic! He came out to service our hot water heater, fix a leaky faucet, and unclog a drain — and he handled everything quickly and professionally. He was kind, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing along the way. It’s so nice to have a technician who is both knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a terrific experience with Austin and Fix-It 24/7. Scheduling during the heat was a bit tricky but once Austin got here all went smoothly. He communicated with me about everything he did and saw and shared photos of all the services he did. He was respectful of our home and wore shoes covers which I really appreciated. I purchased an service contract so now I am a preferred customer going forward. Highly recommend this company.

Travis was very thorough in his explanation of our ac/heat unit. He took pictures of the unit and explained exactly what needed to be done. No pressure to fix it or buy a new unit. After Mike came to our house, within minutes, to explain costs/options, we decided to go with a new unit. It was installed the next day!!! I talked to a couple of other guys/companies, and they said it would take a couple of weeks to get the unit and install it. When u have no ac, it needs to be done immediately. The guys who installed the new unit were very careful about making sure our home was clean when they left. No mess anywhere. They were awesome as well!!! Thanks fix it 24-7!
