Very few things are more surprising than waking up on a Monday morning in February to take a shower before heading to work and finding out you do not have hot water. When you go to check for the problem you find that your gas water heater has ruptured and water has been filling your garage at some point during the night. So i called a couple of places to get a quote on having a new one installed. Corley Plumbing, Air and Electric was there when we needed them. The quote was process quick, friendly and professional. From the time I made the call to the time that technician Nick Bello came out, I did not have any concerns. The communication was excellent and everything was explained in detail. I was offered (4) quote options which was nice as well. Once the choice was made on Tuesday, Corley was back out on Wednesday afternoon installing the new water heater and everything was operational by 4 pm that afternoon. I could't be more greatful to the whole Corley team for making this situation as quick, easy and as stress free as possible. After the installation the Corley team took the old water heater with them and cleaned up the entire work area. Just like the leak never happened. I am now a Corley contract maintenance customer. Thank you again to the entire team at Corley. Great customer service and great people 5 stars well deserved.

Jonathan was excellent from start to finish. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what needed to be done before starting the job. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous—couldn’t ask for better service!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Nicuta, the technician (and his assistant) who installed my Rheem tankless water heater, was simply outstanding. He arrived on time, conducted himself with complete professionalism, and took the time to thoroughly explain the system and how it works. By the time he finished, I felt confident and informed about everything I needed to know. What truly impressed me was the care he took with the finishing touches—he caulked, painted, vacuumed, and made sure everything was spotless before he left. The entire process, from the estimate with Corley Plumbing to the final installation, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
