I own a cottage with HVAC that had only one zone in the house. I was cold down stairs all winter- my bills got high and I called several companies to give me quotes on what to do. After many astronomical quotes , Lim Ric came in with a plan still using my 7 yr old hvac and rezoning and re-venting my house. I am finally able to make my downstairs cozy in winter or cool in warmer months. They cleaned up my attic and all the Lim-Ric techs were professional and informative. Jason and his assistant, Michael, were on time and prepared for the extensive service to our A/C - coil replacement. They worked steadily and thoroughly, with good communication during the course of the work. Despite a rain delay at first, they completed the job and our unit was up and running by days end. They were always good-natured and respectful, and left our home clean and neat. All in all, an excellent service experience. Highly recommended!
