Clarke Kent Plumbing

I'm a property manager of 12 different units in Austin. I've used Clarke Kent several times with decent results in the past. Not the best price but usually fast (same day) However this time is a bit different. I needed 6 feet of 2" PVC with 2 45° couplers connected and I don't have time to do it myself. Been waiting for going on 3 days for an estimate. Called the office several times to hear them say "oh we'll email you the estimate by the end of the day"/ "waiting on supervisor to ok the job" still waiting on that email. Never had to wait for email quote/estimate before. My client wanted it done in a timely manner. I guess i Shouldn't have called Clarke Kent plumbing. I finally found the time to do it myself. I'm not a plumber and it took me less than an hour. Thanks for nothing Clarke Kent Plumbing.

Excellent service from Serge! Needed to have a few toilets reset after flooring work was done. Serge was able to troubleshoot some other plumbing issues around the house and make economical recommendations for repairs. Professional, prompt and trustworthy! I highly recommend.

Gabriel came today and could not have been nicer. We got my spa tub back in working order and he caught and fixed a leak. Very personable, punctual, honest and very very fair pricing. hIGHLY recommend.! And I will only call these guys after being charged a fortune by another plumber.

I am a longtime customer of Clarkekent Plumbing. I have always had great help and excellent service from this company with my plumbing problem. Yesterday, my kithen facet would not work. There was only a trickle of water coming from the faucet. My bathroom faucet was also not functioning properly. Plummer Bob Winfield came to my home home, and diagonised the problems. He fixed the bathroom faucet and arranged for the kithchen faucet to be replaced as it was no longer working and could not be fixed. He has been to m y home before. He is always courteous, helpfull and hard wokring. I highly recomend him as a plumber and I highly recommend Clarke Kent Plumbing. Polly Westbrook.

Had an issue back in 2021 and a plumber came out to diagnose and repair. Total was $307 to diagnose and resolve the issue. When the issue came back, that company had a long wait time, so we were referred to Clarke Kent. We told them the problem. They did their own diagnosis anyway, charged $600 for the visit, and didn’t even start to fix the issue. I’ll wait however long I need to for the old plumber and will tell anybody who listens to avoid Clarke Kent. Update: Clarke Kent quoted $4,650. Old plumber fit us in and fixed the problem for $168. Clarke Kent is a scam.
