West did such an awesome job with fixing our slab leak and filling in the hole afterwards. Our kitchen floor looks great. Thank you West.

We asked this company to come run a camera to a trap we already knew was blocked or broken. They spent 5 minutes running the snake and 1.5 hours investigating. All to say the trap is broken and they didn't want to use the camera. We learned absolutely nothing from their visit. That didn't stop them from billing us $185.00. They wasted their time and we wasted our money paying for their wasted time. For us, hiring this company was a costly mistake.

My main water line needed to be replaced & I texted Chuck & he responded within two minutes. His men came out that afternoon & determined where the leak was & replaced the water line. I am very pleased with the service I received. His crew was very professional & did the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use Chuck for future plumbing needs.

Excellent service, they call before they come and show up on time. They explained everything in layman terms so I knew exactly what my problem was. Will definitely use them with all my plumbing needs. 👍

I had three plumbers come out to unclog my bathroom Two of them were useless. The second one which I won’t mention wanted to demolish my bathroom floor for something that didn’t exist. Chuck’s came out and solved the problem in no time. These guys probably just saved me about $6000. or more in damages to my bathroom. Chuck’s might be a few dollars more but they are damn well worth calling first. We are never using another plumber again but Chuck’s. I’m putting them on speed dial.
