We had the pleasure of having Greg come to our home today to do some work for our property management company. I must say that he was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived the professionalism was on point. The level of care and attention to detail he took in wrapping our kitchen and protecting our things from damage to stopping mid cutting and coming to evaluate another part of my home when I heard water dripping. He was real, transparent, honest, and very forthcoming with respect to his findings, process of fixing the issue, and next steps. He was down to earth conversational. And overall incredibly warm and personable. We have kept his business card and in the event we ever have to have Charlotte Plumbing come back out we will request him to do our work. We have had such horrible experiences with vendors so he has definitely set the bar high for future vendors contracted with invitation homes. Thanks Greg!

Charlotte Plumbing took care of a hot water issue at our new house and they were great. The technician, Mike, was prompt and very friendly/knowledgable. I will use them again should the need arise.

I was having some issues with my gas pool heater and my pool company recommended I call Charlotte Plumbing after they fixed their part the issue. I called Charlotte Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to schedule a technician visit the very next morning, first thing. Mike showed up that Friday morning and fixed my small leak issue very quickly, same visit, having all the parts needed. Mike was very professional and a super nice guy! I will definitely call them again should I have any gas issues in the future!

6/10/25 I had a water leak in the wall from my hvac ac system that damaged the wall and baseboards. Before we can have restoration services a plumber has to come fix the pipe problems... (insert Josh from Charlotte Plumbing) Josh is the nicest, most professional plumber I've ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with. He found the problem, explained it to me in full detail, and completed the job in a timely and extremely professional manner. If I ever need plumbing services ever again whether it's a major or minor job, CHARLOTTE PLUMBING is my ONLY option. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! See for yourself, you'll be glad you did! Nick was awesome! He arrived on time & finished faster than anticipated. He is very knowledgeable & explained everything. I've used Charlotte Plumbing multiple times over the years with my house that was built in 1963. The repairs are always exactly as estimated which I appreciate. Thanks for another job well done, Nick!
