Kris with Charlotte Mechanical was outstanding. He showed up on a 98-degree day when our AC had completely gone out, and despite the brutal heat, he quickly diagnosed the issue and got our system up and running in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. A couple of days later, he returned to finish the job—cleaning the unit, fixing a leak, and making sure everything was running better than ever. You could tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the comfort of his customers. Highly recommend Charlotte Mechanical—especially if you’re lucky enough to get Kris on the job!
