Charles Towne Plumbing

I sell Real Estate and have used Charles Towne Plumbing for years. Their knowledge, qualified technicians and customer service is top notch. We had an emergency call and Butch and John were the best. I've worked with Butch a few times and his knowledge is at a 10. They do great work and leave their jobsite spotless. Rita runs the office and I love her too. A very good local company.

We had a leak and they were quick getting someone out to us. Jake was able to figure out what the problem was, and provide several options for us in terms of repairs. We especially appreciated his ability to clearly communicate, explain, and educate so that we could manage such an issue on our own the next time it arises.

Daniel appeared less than 45 minutes after we called for help. He was exceptionally nice and took time to explain what could be wrong, how to decide and what to do to fix it. Price was reasonable for time spent. I have recommended him to my son [looking for a plumber] and will definitely use this company again.

Overall, great experience. The guys were great, especially Josh! John was wonderful as well, but we did not talk as much. We called maybe 10 companies, and they were the only company that could do both the gas line for the pool and an auto fill for the pool. Otherwise, we would have had to use two companies. Best all-in-one plumbing company in Charleston, SC.

I am so happy I called them! Daniel came promptly to perform a leak detection and fit me in for an appointment to fix it right away. He and will came early (which was amazing!) - they were professional, communicative, and most importantly they are very skilled at what they do. I hope I don't have any more problems, but if something happens I wouldn't call anyone else.
