Cascadia Construction fixed a large dry rot repair on structural corner of 3-story "high-end" house and installation of an additional pier & footing to correct significant mistake in original construction of house. WC describes the project & answers questions very well and is readily available during the project for further discussions (worries on my part). The crew lead Jeff was very experienced and well trained in modern techniques & materials. The lead carpenter Michael used care & craftmanship to do a great job. One or two junior helpers did the grunt work for the pros. Time & materials (not fixed price) contract was a worry, but they got it done in good time and at half the cost that I expected. Very professional for a very good price.

We recently had a complete main bathroom remodel done by Cascadia Construction and plumbing. They were recommended by our designer Colin Kayser and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very start we were impressed with Austin and his attention to detail. We received a detailed bid and after signing the contract, a day by day timeline for completion of the project. Communication was outstanding with any questions or changes answered that day. Follow up was ongoing. The subs on our project were all excellent, courteous and on time. Any change orders were handled in writing with a clear understanding of additional cost and time frame, (no surprises!). Tim, our on site manager was a pleasure to work with. His communication with us and Austin keep the project running smoothly. As with any project a few minor issues came up. Austin dealt with them immediately with the focus being that we were completely happy with the job, and we are! Cascadia Construction are professional, detailed, and provide high quality workmanship. Cascadia did the ~450 sq ft addition on our house 2 years ago. They were excellent to work with from start to finish. They were good at listening to our ideas and many questions, had great ideas to improve ours, utilized good quality sub-contractors, and were very good at communication. Their staff were great around our kids and patient with our neighbors. When challenges and surprises arose in the project (as they do), the team communicated with us and showed integrity in their responses. After it was all done, they followed up a few times to make sure every detail was up to snuff. I waited over a year to put in a review to ensure there weren't any surprises after we settled into the new space, but there haven't been. Their work is solid and top notch. We highly recommend them.

We hired Cascadia Construction & Plumbing for an extensive indoor remodel and they were beyond fantastic. We cannot say enough good things about them! Austin was extremely thorough, communicative, and patient with us during the design process. Austin, Jason, Tim, John, and the whole team that worked on our project were professional, thorough, and communicative and the project turned out even better than we could have imagined. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
