Nicholas was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was checking on my heater, as well as the pricing for their services. He made sure I understood what was being done and why the costs are sometimes a bit higher compared to other places. He completed the repairs efficiently, and since then, my furnace has been working great and keeping my home comfortable. I also noticed that everything was left clean and tidy after the work was done. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and how my heater is running now.

They took out all the old insulation in my attic and sealed up every crack and seam with spray foam before adding new insulation. The insulation they put in is way above the regular standard—my attic is now better insulated than most homes! Before adding the new insulation, they also replaced my entire old duct system, which used to leak and fill the house with dust. The new ducts are tightly sealed, so there’s no more dust and no air leaks at all. They even moved the vents to better spots in my house so the heat spreads evenly. Along with the heater, they also upgraded my water heater to a newer, energy-saving model that keeps water hot while using much less gas. The whole process was smooth. Damian and the rest of the crew were friendly, professional, and always happy to answer my questions. They made sure to clean up every day before they left. I’m really glad I didn’t just get a new heater put in—my home is much more comfortable now and my energy bills are lower. They truly keep their promises, are professional, quick to respond, and friendly. I'm really glad I found them in Dallas. My heating bill has gone down and my home is always warm and cozy where I need it. I was at first unsure about the part taking so long, so I called the manufacturer myself, and everything Gary's team told me was right. I really appreciate how the staff kept me updated and made sure everything was taken care of.
