From my first phone call to Camcor, I knew we were in good hands. Allison, I believe, was so very polite and tried to help me with the original water softener. She was able to schedule a tech to visit pretty quickly. Tyler was so very helpful when he came out to troubleshoot our system after purchasing a new house. We made the decision to purchase a new water softener system and Tyler showed up, on time, and ready to go. The cost of the new system was pretty reasonable and came in quick. Tyler answered all of our questions, completed the job in good time and cleaned up his mess. All told, first contact to new install was 5 days. You couldn't ask for better communication or customer service. Thank you, Camcor!
