I called in on a Sunday for a removal/install of a broken water heater. They confirmed my appointment a few hours ahead and sent me a text message with his name and picture. As a female homeowner this was a greatly appreciated gesture! Technician was scheduled between 12 PM and 4 PM today. Derek was right on time at 12 PM. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. He explained all the steps and was very transparent with pricing. When he was done, he walked me through everything he did. I really feel like he went above and beyond! This was my first time using PlumbSmart and I am beyond pleased my experience!

My experience with Plumb Smart was excellent, Keith is an outstanding plumber, super professional, highly skilled, with excellent attention to detail & he is All this while also being down to earth and treating the customer with the utmost regard!!! I highly recommend Keith if you have any plumbing needs!! I think this company is excellent for all the services they provide!! I have used them in the past for my air conditioner as well, and that was also an outstanding experience!. Their work is high-quality with great prices! This is a solid reliable dependable company! The people at PlumbSmart were amazing! Everyone was on time & did everything we talked about. Justin P. was up-front with everything and when discussing price & options for a new AC no pressure to "go big". Installers Caden & Mason were fast & efficient, & made sure we were happy when they were done. Justin B. came the next day to clean the dryer vent and answered all our questions & gave detailed info about the process. All four guys were very respectful of our property & time, and friendly. Did not feel like a business transaction, but more like family taking care of family.

The technician was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me some good pointers about service upgrades, and got the toilet resealed quickly. Pricing was fair, and to get not only same day service, but too get service in a couple of hours was very impressive. PlumbSmart is my forever plumber from now on.
