Landon assessed the situation, listen to me explained what was going on. Then told me what he was going to do. When he finished, he explained to me everything. The job was done perfectly. He was a very polite young man.

My interaction with Drip Plumbing has been challenging to say the least , but at the end I was contacted by a supervisor who was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. The poor workmanship and communication was unsatisfactory, not to mention the total price to install the new water heater even after my terrible home warranty picked up the cost of the tank. During the install the technician damaged the drywall and corner bead and left a mess on my walls was completely unprofessional. To make things worse I was told that the technician that did the install had a new technician with him. I hope this was addressed by his supervisor. The last technician, Landon, came out on Friday, June 20 and corrected most of the issues. Landon was very professional and took pride in his workmanship. Landon was the first technician that came out for the initial diagnosis and I wish they would had sent him back for the install. I'm confident this review would have been a lot different if Landon did the installation. For the amount of money they charged for the install I expected a lot more from Drip Plumbing. I will move forward and have the drywall and corner bead repaired at my cost and will put this experience behind me. It's unfortunate that customer service and satisfaction is not a priority.
