The scope of work included removing the kitchen sink, faucet and plumbing and installing a new SS sink,faucet and plumbing. Chad did a physical inspection of the job and outlined the risks and made recommendations. I enjoyed Chad's depth of knowledge and recomendations bidding the scope of work. While the work was bid online Hansens quote was $225.00 higher than the next on line bid. All work was completed at very high quality and a competitive price. You get what you pay for and I'm a very happy customer.

What a great experience!? One of my AC units went out and we were able to get a technician dispatched same day. Excellent communication from Jennifer during the scheduling/dispatch process. Nels was our technician and he was great!! Super friendly, well spoken, used shoe covers in the house, explained the issue and pricing options in a way I could understand, he had the parts available and did the repair on the spot. Super impressed with the service received! We will definitely use Hansen Family again!!

Excellent experience with Hansen Family Plumbing! Needed a kitchen faucet replaced and quotes for other work. Technician Mark was on time both days, and I received excellent communication and expectation setting from the company. Mark did a really nice job with the work and left the area cleaned up after. For the other work, Mark was honest and transparent with what he felt I needed/should do. His advice saved me hundreds of dollars I would have otherwise wasted on unnecessary work. His honesty and intent to not take advantage of the situation gives me immense respect and trust for him and Hansen. These folks will be my go-to for any future work!
