I called Caffi to investigate a leak in a pipe above my bathroom ceiling. I live in a condo, so some of the pipes in that area belong to my unit, some to the building, and some to the unit above mine.The plumber, Brian Gonzalez, was great. He not only found the leak quickly, but also thoroughly explained all the pipe infrastructure so I could relay the information to the building manager. He also provided estimates for some future upgrades I have planned, with helpful information. I was very satisfied and will use Caffi again.

We did a complete remodel of our condo unit with Caffi Services and are very happy with this company. They were always responsive to our questions and requests. They did excellent and professional work. (We love living in it now!) They cooperated with the construction rules of our building. We were especially happy with on-site supervisory carpenter Delaney Adkins. He is so knowledgeable, and saved us from many mistakes. He does things right, not easy. I look at corners and connections - the baseboards, the framing... and marvel at how precisely everything is made. We have already returned to Caffi Services for an HVAC check (Not part of the remodel project). We trust Caffi, and will return to them for any work needed in our 'abode' 😀

Caffi sent a knowledgeable and courteous plumber to my house this morning to find & fix a mysterious clog in the laundry pipes. Within 15 minutes he had cleared the problem and left the place in better shape than how he found it! I appreciate the promptness, the excellent service, the knowledge and the explanation of charges before doing the work. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience getting our hot water tank and toilets replaced after a routine plumbing inspection. Brian and Jeremy did an excellent job! They came on time and were very courteous of the guidelines of our condo building. The work was done well and quickly. They answered our questions and provided recommendations on how to extend the life of our purchases. Thank you!
