He quickly unclogged my line, installed a safety switch for peace of mind, and even shared some helpful recommendations for future maintenance I can take care of later on. What really stood out was his professionalism and patience, he didn’t just fix the issue, he made sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with the work. A/C went out in the afternoon and I called after hours. Very nice lady took information and said that someone would call in the morning. Got a call 1st thing, and Chris Bowater came right out. Even though my unit is 18 years old, he worked diligently to make a repair. Very thoughtful and thorough. Did a repair so that we could wait until cooler weather to do a change out. Cody is an awesome technician he went above and beyond to diagnose my intermittent air conditioning problem after extensive test testing he determined my blower motor is the culprit.
