I did not ultimately go with this company when I was searching for a local electrician, so I cannot rate their work itself, but they were exceptionally courteous, patient, and helpful over the phone (which was not at all my experience with a different local company I won’t name), and I would recommend people to consider them if you are in the Wiregrass and looking around for an electrician.

Dishonest and incompetent. After installation of a full AC system, the compressor failed within warranty coverage period. It turns out that they failed to register the warranty with Carrier company. They refused to accept any responsibility. The replacement cost was over $3,000. I initiated a complaint against them through Better Business Bureau, but they stopped responding. Please, please do not use them!!!

Our hot water stopped working and I thought we would need a new water heater. The plumber who came was prepared to change out the water heater. He said the water heater was in good condition and looked around. He saw that the breaker was off and solved the issue quickly. I appreciate that he saved my family a large expense and will call Buddy’s Plumbing first the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Buddy’s Plumbing and Electric and Media Mechanical I highly recommend this business, when I called to get an estimate the company made an appointment and sent their HVAC guy the same day gave me an estimate that was fair to my wallet and was extremely professional when they came out to install, the employees were very friendly and answered all questions that I asked while doing the installation of my new Carrier unit. It didn’t take long to do the installation and before I knew I had cold air flowing through my home. Thank you Media Mechanical for a job well done.

They know their business and will go all out to please their customers. I have used them many times for both plumbing and electrical work and in every case was extremely well pleased.
