I am a new customer with Brainer Plumbing and very pleased with the outcome of my service today. I had a large clog in my sewer system that caused a backup of sewage into my laundry room and shower. After cleaning up the mess, I contacted Brainer to see if they had a camera to check my system. They did and were able to show me the clog in progress. They were also able to dislodge it without going into the system to do so. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and quick! Will definitely call them again with future issues!

Robert was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed a leak in our tub in a short amount of time. We were very happy with his excellent work and how Brainer plumbing treated us. We will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

Crew of 2 arrived on time and performed the work requested satisfactorily. However after the crew left I noticed several bathroom floor tiles (newly installed) scratched. There was new vanity sitting in my bedroom not yet installed ( because I was waiting for the pipe work to be done) and was moved into the bathroom by the crew. I suspect that moving the vanity back and forth caused the scratches. I called the company and sent photos but as of this writing I have not received any communication from them. Also the clean up after the work was completed was poorly done.There was pieces of drywall all over the bathroom, the bedroom, the hallway, and down the stairs. I was hoping to use my newly renovated bathroom this evening however now I need wait until the floor is repaired.
