June 2015, we had to replace our sewer line approximately 70 feet. Also had to replace the piping in our basement so it would connect to the kitchen sink, bathroom, backdoor sink, and laundry area. Took about 9 hours but would've been faster if the previous owners had correctly installed the sewer right in the first place. It was the worst sewer he had done in 24 years. Glad Bouwens and his crew were able to get things fixed correctly.

On the referral of a trusted friend, I have called upon Bouwens twice in the past six months, and both times, they have exceeded expectations! Initially, I contacted Randy regarding a potential leak, and he was prompt to respond to my call, and showed up that same afternoon. Within a few minutes, he identified the issue. Then, our water heater went out and again Randy was prompt in getting back to me, and Mickey and KB (great guys!) showed up that same afternoon and got us back up and running at what I felt was a very fair rate. I have been using Bouwens for 7 years (since I bought my house) and will never go elsewhere. They get me on the schedule right away-sometimes the same day-even for nonemergencies. are always quick and efficient. They are reasonably priced and have great customer service.
