He stayed within the estimated price and used quality, name brand products, not cheapo builder specials. It was a good deal all around. Highly recommend. I thought I needed a new garbage disposal. Gilbert came out, hit a reset button and got the unit working, and didn't charge me a dime. I used them before (years ago) and had a great experience then as well.
