Black Cat Plumbing

We recently moved to the Portland area and needed water lines replaced as well as some other projects done in our home. Our contractor said that he only works with Black Cat Plumbing. I understand why now. I was thoroughly happy with the work that Black Cat did and the manner in which they did it. They were professional, communicative and explained everything that was done. The Black Cat team of Matt, Ethan and Eddie did a fantastic job. Their rates were also very competitive in comparison with other companies. If you are in need of plumbing services, I would highly recommend giving Black Cat a call.

I cannot recommend them enough! I got estimates from 5 different plumbers. Black Cat came up with a creative solution that was not only more efficient, but saved us thousands. Like, upwards of 10k. Every single member of the team that I interacted with was delightful, kind, and competent. They were flexible with me when I needed to reschedule our original date, did beautiful work, and even got our permit approved the very next day after services. From start to finish my experience with Black Cat was immaculate.

Black Cat Plumbing repiped my entire house 3 years ago so I knew exactly who to call when my outside storm drain was clogged. They came right out and had it cleared in an hour. I am always thrilled with their work and their customer service. You couldn't ask for nicer, more expert plumbers than the people at Black Cat.

Excellent service... from the office staff to the plumber who fixed our plumbing issues. We were quickly scheduled for service even though our plumbing problems were not an emergency. The plumber was professional, arrived on time, explained everything he needed to do, and fixed the toilet and bathtub faucets so they are working perfectly. We highly recommend Black Cat!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Black Cat. 1st with a Main line repair.-excellent workmanship and pricing. This time it was multiple repairs-including shower Valve replacement, faucets, toilet install, repiping various shut off valves and dishwasher install. Matt went above and beyond-his knowledge and great attitude put us at ease through some stressful situations. They’re the best!
