Bellevue Best - Shiver Plumbing !

So John installed all of our products I am showing you a little over a year ago. We bought our house Sept 6 of 2016. It was built in 2005 as a spec house in a historic neighborhood. As with a lot of spec homes what looks good on the surface is not always what lies below. John fixed what was wrong with our home to make it livable for us. I am ;posting this today because I needed help with changing the 5 stage water filtration system cartridges, he came same day & helped me out. THAT IS SERVICE!!!

BEWARE!! He came by on Tuesday to give us an estimate, we scheduled with him for Thursday. After talking to our gas company they told us it seemed high so we got a second opinion same day. Wednesday morning we called to cancel and he was incredibly rude. Thursday came and he still showed up and said we needed to pay for parts and sent us a receipt from Home Depot for $186 ( he charged $1000) , we told him we had cancelled and he came to our door and started screaming and cussing at my mom she backed away scared and closed the door. He then took the “materials” and set them on the driveway and said he wasn’t leaving until we paid him. We called the police and he finally left a couple minutes before the police got there. They would’ve arrested him for trespassing had he not left. The whole experience was terrifying for my mom being home alone and having this aggressive man come at her screaming. We never got a formal estimate, we never signed a contract and we cancelled less than 12 hours after him coming by and he still showed up demanding to get paid. Completely deranged and unprofessional.

John was very responsive and gave great explanations for the plumbing issues we were experiencing and the repairs he made. He was knowledgeable, efficient and had very reasonable pricing. With unfortunately not having the greatest experiences with other local plumbers in the past, John was truly a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend!

Moved to Nashville recently and had a clog in my kitchen drain. I am really glad I came across John - he was great, and I will not hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues. He was able to schedule an appointment very promptly and was able to fix the drain issue very quickly. He was great at explaining the issue and how to prevent it in the future - he clearly takes his craft seriously and is very knowledgeable. During the process he also provided general tips about drains and drainage and ended up helping us get parts for and install a mixing valve to solve an issue we were having getting hot water more quickly circulated to the bathrooms in the back of our house (our water heater is in the front of the house). It is a game changer. Highly recommend!
