John came out and quoted me so quickly then came for the install appointment on time and prepared. The whole time I was dealing with my newborn and he was so friendly and understanding of it. Also need to call out their fair pricing! Definitely using Beacon in the future and hopeful to get John and Quinn again!

I highly recommend Beacon Plumbing. Ken did an excellent job for me in diagnosing and clearing a plugged drain field. He was very helpful in explaining what the problem might be, what options were available, what the next steps were, what I could do myself to save on costs and what they would do for me. The office staff let me know when the technicians were expected to be available and let me know if they were running late. The cost was exactly what I was told it would be, which was way better than all the cost over-runs that I was hit with by another company that pumped my septic tank previously. I definitely plan to have Beacon Plumbing help me with any future needs.

Marc & Evan showed up on time to unblock a drain. They quoted me a reasonable price and I let them start on the drain. They were very courteous, wore shoe covers upon entering the house, and had a firm handshake (something i respect as a Texan living in Idaho for all these years). What should have been an easy snake job turned into a bigger problem when they found pipe debris was what was causing the blockage. Not only did they fix it, installing new pipe and fittings, they kept the price the same. These two not only earned my respect but also my repeat business. If all businesses had employees like these two the world would be a much better place. Five stars and my personal recommendation. Do not hesitate to call Marc and Evan.

Faster service than a fast food drive through. Professinal, knowledgeable, and thorough. When I called the service number I was immediately connected with a live person who took my information and scheduled a same day appointment. Not ten minutes after hanging up with the scheduler I received a call from the technician who had been dispatched and arrived at my door twenty minutes later. Within half hour my toilet had a new fill valve kit and is working properly. The technician went above and beyond expectations and even gave me an estimate on a some day project. Impressive!!!
