Max was efficient, prompt, and courteous. He installed the pop-up drain, replaced the old rusty metal trap and pipe, and installed a new shut-off valve, replacing the old broken twist knob. Always great service with B&W!

The gas company found a leak in our outside meter pipe and shut off our gas. We had out of town company coming the following morning... and now had no ability to cook or any hot water! B&W came out first thing the next morning and got us all fixed up! Saved the weekend! A big shout out to Dontril... wish we could buy you a beer to say THANK YOU!!!!! Really appreciate your wonderful service!

We had a slow drip in our basement ceiling that we hadn't noticed all summer. Half the ceiling panel was coming down by the time we did. B & W was able to get to us quickly and our pressure reducer valve had a slow drip. They were able to replace it quickly and were very respectful of our home. They were friendly and courteous and we will definitely use them again!

I am very pleased with the work B&W provided. The technician was friendly, explained everything to me before starting, and made sure to get my full approval before finalizing anything. He also took before and after photos, which I appreciated. We had previously received a very high estimate from another company and wanted a second opinion. B&W offered a simple, effective solution instead of complicating things to charge more, and because of this, we were able to save a significant amount of money. We also needed someone to come out as soon as possible because we didn’t have hot water. B&W was able to squeeze us into their busy schedule, which, again, we truly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend B&W to anyone and will continue working with them in the future!
